As previous director of Clinical Operations for United Behavioral Health, Dr. Keast supervised and trained clinicians in numerous areas including depression, anxiety, and severe personality disorders. Following formal Dialectical Behavior Therapy training in 1998, Dr. Keast has been utilizing this approach to treat Borderline Personality Disorder and related disorders in both hospital and outpatient settings. She has published and given numerous professional talks on a variety of issues including Borderline Personality Disorder, Panic Disorder, domestic violence, and working with children with behavioral problems. She has been successfully treating individuals for a wide range of problems in hospital and private practice settings for over ten years.
